One of them is brokering the sale of businesses and the real estate associated with those businesses. Some restaurants and hotels may even have beer, wine, liquor and entertainment licenses which may also be available to broker deals. To get the information you need "straight from the horse's mouth", you should really do some additional research with your state's Department of State or Department of Revenue. You should also check with the agency which issues and controls beer, wine, liquor and entertainment licenses.
