Not on its own. Most driveways are 75cm+ concrete reinforced with steel mesh. The PaverMaker produces a paving surface that is 4cm thick which does not contain reinforcing steel. However once any driveway is constructed to approved standards, PaverMaker can be used to pave the top for enhanced aesthetics.
