Can I use STR, FTA, SLRP, MGIB and MGIB Kicker all at the same time?
Yes, however to use MGIB Kicker with FTA, you must be enrolled at minimum as a half time student. Refer to SRIP Policy letter on the Federal Programs page for exact details. Tuition Assistance -Top Up- allows current active duty/AGR Soldiers to use their MGIB-AD benefits to pay the tuition costs not paid by the military through Tuition Assistance.
