TargetDiscovery assumes that each row in the dataset represents an independently sampled experimental unit. If your dataset contains repeated measures, i.e. if several rows represent data collected on the same experimental unit, then the confidence intervals and p-values provided by TargetDiscovery will be too optimistic.
