Can I use the e-cash loaded on my TransLink card to purchase a transit pass for my card?
E-cash and transit passes are treated as separate products by the TransLink card. Once a product is loaded onto the card, it cannot be converted or exchanged for another product. For example, you cannot convert an existing transit pass into an equivalent amount of e-cash, nor can you exchange your e-cash for a transit pass.
