The procedure the user “Netro” has described would not work since a Schengen visa is in general only valid for up to 90 days within a maximum of 6 months period. Schengen visa are issued based on the itinerary provided. If you cancel a tour and plan to go to another Schengen country you may be asked questions about your stay and your further processing to the issuing country, or you may just be granted access depending on the Immigration Officer. You should however not plan to stay longer then half of the visa duration in Spain and have appropriate documentation for your stay and return to your home country. Your chances to get a second Schengen visa from the Czech Republic however will be limited if your entry/exit stamps in your passport do not show a country which is located in the vicinity of the Czech Republic.
