No. This is not possible. The TaqMaster enhancer would prevent interaction of Taq polymerase with the HotMaster inhibitor. Here we recommend conventional Hotstart strategies, such as cooling the sample in the PCR cooler and subsequent transfer to the preheated thermoblock.
