Yes, our foundation is compatible with any mattress on the market today. However, the foundation warranty is only valid when a Tempur-Pedic mattress and foundation are USED together as a Swedish Sleep System.® Otherwise, the warranty would be void. It is also important to note that Federal flammability standards are based on a set of the same brand.
