Cylinder nitrogen is extremely dry to start with. If you are getting nitrogen from liquid nitrogen tank it will make the Sahara look wet. However, if you need really really dry nitrogen, yes, you could connect three individual dessicator systems in series. Or parallel if it is greater flow you are trying to get, though there if the flow is uneven you will eventually get one saturating and passing wet N2. There will be some pressure drop with a dessicator, though not usually very much. It depends on the flow rates. You could put a regulator after the dessicator; a dessicator will work better at higher pressure [as long as you are within its pressure rating].
