Can I view a receipt from a recent or past purchase, online?
A. Yes, ticket archiving was implemented on our system in October of 2008. All tickets from that point on can be retrieved by clicking on “Account Activity” and selecting “Recent Activity” from the drop down menu. Although only the 20 most recent purchases are displayed, you can click the “More Documents” button at the bottom of the page to display to next oldest set of 20, until the end of your ticket history is reached. Alternatively, if you know in which month the purchase was made, you can also pull up your tickets from the “Statements” option under the “Account Activity” menu. This is more useful if you have a large number of tickets in your history.
