Due to money laundering regulations, wherever possible we insist that you receive the funds on the same card that you used to load the EntroPay Account in the first place. If this is not possible such as in the case of an expired personal credit card, then we may need you to provide us with identification documents such as a photocopy of the front and reverse side of the card you originally used on your account and a legible photocopy of a valid driver’s license, passport, or other government issued ID. These procedures help us to provide protection for you as well as for EntroPay.
