Can I work part time to fulfill my National Health Service Corps Scholarship service obligation?
NHSC Scholarship participants cannot fulfill their service obligation by working part time. Scholars are committed to full-time (a minimum of 40 hours per week) clinical primary health care service in the area of their assignment. No more than seven weeks (35 days) per year can be spent away from the practice.
