Can Idapted unilaterally terminate my Instructor relationship?
Yes. However, Idapted does not expect to terminate Instructor’s Independent Contractor Agreement provided the terms of the Agreement and the published Standard of Performance are fulfilled, and as long as Instructor remains active (Idapted determines “active” to mean working a minimum of 10 committed shifts every 30 days). However, Idapted reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time.
