Can Idapted unilaterally terminate my Trainer relationship?
Yes. However, Idapted does not expect to terminate Trainer’s Independent Contractor Agreement provided the terms of the Agreement and the published Standard of Performance are fulfilled, and as long as Trainer remains active (Idapted determines “active” to mean taking a minimum of one call every 30 days). However, Idapted reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time.
