Can in-kind contributions be counted towards the required 1:1 match?
In-kind contributions may be counted towards the match if the contribution has a market value that could be assigned to it — for example, land that would be used for the development of a subdivision. Office space or person hours will not be considered as a match, not only because the difficulty of quantifying these, but also because of our interest in stimulating and leveraging additional investment in the manufactured housing sector by philanthropists and other investors.
