Inmates will be provided an Indigent Kit if they have no money. The Indigent Kit consists of toothbrush, toothpaste and hair comb. Soap and linens are furnished by the detention center. If an inmate has no money, writing materials will be furnished for correspondence to inmate’s attorney only.
