I’m not aware of that as a common or even uncommon side effect of fluvastatin. If you’ve had the thrush confirmed as that then it’s probably what it is and I have really no useful ideas, but I know that some allergic reactions to medications can present as a thrush-looking rash on the inside of the mouth. This might be more likely if it’s only one side of your mouth or tongue as opposed to covering it.
