Yes. Mail-SeCure can apply rules to the entire organisation, particular departments, selected groups of users or even one user. Examples of rules that may be used in these cases are: Whole Company: ‘No user may receive messages larger than 10Mb’ or ‘No user may receive messages containing .EXE attachments’. Department: ‘Only MARKETING may receive .MPEG attachments’ or ‘No department is allowed to receive .EXE attachments, except IT DEPARTMENT’. Group: ‘Only MANAGERS may send confidential document ‘TOP SECRET.DOC’ or ‘No user in Group ‘PROBLEM USERS’ may send or receive emails larger than 1Mb or attachments other than .XLS and .DOC’ Individual User: ‘Block all messages from SPAMMESSAGES.COM unless addressed to PERSON@MYCOMPANY.COM’ or ‘Block all messages from PROBLEMUSER@MYCOMPANY.COM to domain COMPETITOR.COM’. * SoHo units do not provide granular filtering to user level. Check the datasheet for more info.
