Not a real easy answer here. Many turtles including Maps like yours do eat tadpoles in the wild, but that is the kicker IN THE WILD. The thing is that amphibians are sometimes toxic, and to varying degrees, so while one type of tadpole may be perfectly safe for one kind of turtle it also won’t always be so. As a rule if the turtle is native to your area and you are certain the tadpoles are from a frog also native to that area it should be fine. if by some chance the tadpoles are from someones escaped pet, say a fire bellied toad for instance, your turtle could wind up very sick or worse. Only you can be sure of where your turtles food comes from – even if I knew where you were located I wouldn’t be comfortable saying I knew for sure this would be ok to do.
