As long as you say they can! The vehicle is yours to use as you choose. Novated leases are actually an effective way of cutting the cost of running a family car because the more kilometres you travel – including for private use – the less FBT you are likely to pay. Just check your finance documents for any limitations to the applications the vehicle can be used for, and make sure you have the appropriate insurance cover.
