Can menopause cause bloating, cramps in lower left stomach and lower back pain?

0

I am a 46 yr old woman, in the last 3 months I noticed pain in my lower left stomach so I went to my GYN after an exam he ruled out ovarian cyst (that’s what I thought it would be) I then went to my family Dr. she ran some blood tests and found I was in middle of menopause but not quite through yet. I had a hyserectomy 4 years ago which removed my uterus and and left my ovaries. I now have a bloated stomach all the time (even if I eat nothing) and pain in my lower left stomach and pain in my lower back. Any info would be greatly apprecitated.
