No – Whilst Monarch® Decking is has a high density, it is not recommended for structural applications. Monarch® Decking should never be used, or substituted for a structural beam or member under load when designing a deck. If you are uncertain, always consult the local building code or contact Woodhouse for verification of where you intend to use Monarch® Decking.
