I have been a licenced motorcycle rider coming out of Sacramento California for over 35 years.Lane splitting is one of the most dangerous things I've seen growing in popularity.

This type of manuvering is for advanced riders only who possess great reaction time in the event of an impending accident. The first time I saw this activity I couldn't believe what I was seeing!

To this day I don't practice this type of driving and never will, It just doesn't leave you with much options of avoiding an accident stuck between two cars. If you ask me its one sure way to increase your chances of becoming a statistic instead of being alive and well.I'm still not sure why California allows this type of splitting traffic!
