Can multiple versions of the Apache listener coexist on the same NT machine?

Yes, but they must be installed in separate ORACLE_HOMEs and all but one of them must be started from the console. For example, to start the listener for the Early Adopter’s Release, execute the following from a command prompt (directory paths may be different on your machine): cd D:\Oracle\Portal30\Apache\Apache set PATH=D:\Oracle\Portal30\bin;D:\Oracle\Portal30\Apache\Perl\5.00503\bin\mswin32-x86; set WV_GATEWAY_CFG=D:\Oracle\Portal30\Apache\modplsql\cfg\wdbsvr.app apache -k startup The window containing the DOS prompt remains active. If you close the window you shut down the listener. If you run two Apache listeners this way, then you have two windows.
