Can muslims chew gum during ramadan?

0

During Ramadan you can eat anything you’re normally allowed to eat (halal foods) but you can’t chew gum while you’re fasting because the taste and everything gives your brain the message that you are eating you don’t get as hungry and your stomach starts producing more acid and some other scientific explainations like that but no you can’t taste anything while you are fasting. You shouldn’t even smell anything with a strong smell (especially food) though please notice I said shouldn’t rather than can’t.
