You can apply, providing you tell us of any enforcement notices or prosecutions served on you or your business in the last three years. Failure to declare this will debar your business from registration. If you have prosecutions or notices to tell us about, provide details of any corrective action taken or proposals to address them. (You can provide details on a separate sheet if you want to).
