Hi Josh, be careful. The answer should be yes but there was a period when provisional motorcycle entitlement did not automatically get included on the full car licence. The only way to be certain is to look at her licence – BOTH parts. The plastic part has full entitlement on it – her car licence. The green paper ‘counterpart’ carries her provisional entitlement on it. Make sure it has Category A on it and all is well. If she does not have the provisional Cat A there is is a simple matter to renew the licence to include it, forms at Post Office.
