Can Nansulate® be poured vertically to completely fill an aluminum extrusion?

Our clear Nansulate coatings are not suited to be poured vertically to fill an area. They are meant to be applied at no thicker than 5 wet mils per coat. Nansulate® EPX, water-based epoxy system, has the ability to be used for ‘pour and set’ applications, so it may be suitable, however there would have to be some air space to allow for proper drying and curing after it was poured into the extrusion.
