Can Nansulate® be used on above ground and underground pipelines?

Yes, Nansulate® coatings are very effective at both providing energy savings through insulation and preventing corrosion of pipelines. For above ground pipelines (with a surface temperature up to 125C) we would recommend an application of three coats of our Nansulate® Translucent PT insulation and corrosion prevention coating. For underground pipelines we would recommend an application of 1 coat Nansulate® Translucent PT and approximately 1/8″ Nansulate® EPX.
