Yes, non-residents can register, however, there are some League restrictions and limitation. The child must reside within the NWYFL boundaries, and there are limits set for the total number of players allowed in the Cowboys program from other towns. There is an additional fee for non-resident players (outside of the 60004 and 60005 zip codes).
