Can one freeze extra quiche?

Yes, you can! If you do it right, you can keep it for about two months. Freeze it in its dish, then once its frozen, wrap it in foil or a freezer bag (get all the air out). To reheat, throw the frozen quiche in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 or 25 minutes… or until it heated all the way through. It should still be pretty damned good!
