Can one QE session be deeper than another?
Thank you for this second session. It was very different from the first one. I couldn’t allow myself to go as deep and I had thoughts come up a lot. Still, the energy was very very strong, particularly around my head. In the beginning I coughed a bit, which stopped soon. On 2 or 3 occasions my body kind of jerked even while I was sitting in my armchair. Now I feel more cheerful and more relaxed at the same time. Answer: In pure awareness there is no “deeper.” It may feel deeper or different but that is subjective and has nothing to do with the results. Whatever our subjective feeling pure awareness always does a complete job of healing. Your physical or emotional or social concerns always get the full dose, for lack of a better way of saying it, even if we want more. We can never know completely what is best for any problem when considering all the possible causes and effects. Pure awareness does.
