The CSTP form the framework for professional growth activities required to renew a California teaching credential. We encourage all schools use the CSTP for professional development, even if theyre not in the pilot, so that they are prepared for district-wide adoption of the CSTP. The best professional development is to participate in the STARSS pilot!
