Can parakeets eat butter beans?

Yes, they can eat canned butter beans (but find some with no salt added. Frozen veggies generally have fewer additives and more vitamins than canned). Whether they’ll want to is up to them. You don’t want to serve the beans dried and uncooked, though – they contain enzyme inhibitors that interfere with digestion. The same is true for kidney and soybeans – they need to be cooked. Most kinds of vegetables are good for parrots. Corn is often a favorite (though high in sugar). Broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, peppers, and leafy greens are all good. Avoid avocado. Fruits are also good, though you want to avoid pits and apple seeds (and blueberries if you worry about stained walls).
