Can peacock eels live in brackish water?

0

Peacock eels live in slowly moving waters in India Sri Lanka, Thailand Malaysia and Indonesia. They like some salt in their water but they normal stay away from full brackish water. When kept in an aquarium it is a good idea to put 1 teaspoon of per 4 gallons water in their aquarium, but not more. You should have a silty substrate for them as they like to bury part of themselves.
