The vitamins won’t cause an infection, no. A UTI is caused by bacteria entering the bladder through the urethra. Sounds like you need to drink more water. Also, your uterus can put pressure on your bladder (though, you’re a bit early along for this) and make you feel like you have to go more often. Try not to go as often, and your bladder will have an easier time flushing itself.
