Can private property owners and businesses prohibit CCH licensees from carrying concealed firearms on their property or in their businesses?
Yes. Under the KPFPA any private property owner or business owner can prohibit CCH license holders from carrying concealed firearms on their property/premises by posting approved signs stating that carrying concealed firearms is forbidden.
