A. For use with the cAMP SPA screening assay kit (RPN556) we recommend freeze drying of samples be carried out using a dedicated freeze drying instrument. However, if this is not possible a Speed Vac evaporator instrument will be suitable for drying down samples. Keep in mind that this will likely take several hours and using a heated speed vac at the highest possible temperature would be best.
