Yes. On January 14, 1994, Chapter 481 of the Acts of 1993 was signed which allows cities and towns, which vote to accept the provisions of the law, to permit common victualers licensed to sell wine and malt beverages under M.G.L. Chapter 138, section 12 to also sell liqueurs and cordials, subject to the approval of the Local Board and the ABCC.
