YOU CAN JOIN THE MARINES WITH A GED AND 15 UNITS OF CREDIT. WHEN IT COMES TO THE MARINES THEY WANT QUALITY NOT QUANTITY THAT IS WHY THEY DO NOT TRY TO BUY YOU LIKE THE ARMY DOES. THE ONLY WAY HE COULD GET INTO THE MARINES WITH JUST A GED IS IF THEY WERE HURTING REALLY BAD THAT MONTH AND HE WAS THEIR LAST HOPE TO MAKE THEIR MISSION AND THEY PUT A WAIVER IN AND IT GOT OKAYED. BUT I WOULDN’T RELY ON THAT HAPPENING. MY HUSBAND IS A MARINE CORPS RECRUITER AND I WAS IN THE MARINES FOR 4 YEARS. ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE WAS TO JOIN THE MARINE CORPS. LOVED IT SO GLAD I WENT. YOU WILL ENJOY IT IF YOU GO.
