Try default code like 0000 or 1234 to reset it .If it doesn’t reset your mobile then visit Unlock-free.com here they provide master reset code for some Nokia DCT phone and Alcatel old mobile models at free of cost using this code you can reset your mobile and again set a new password.

Be careful – If you try it too many times it will automatically lock your phone, I suggest ringing your provider – they won’t be able to tell you it, but they will probably be able to give you help e.g a method how to unlock it or set it back to factory settings.
