This is Tamil language. It is an old case file written by a lawyer to the judge in the year 30.03.1946. Probably this should be the last page of the statement. It is written as ‘the judge should accept the accust that he will pay pending Rs. 39.14 as per the offendent’ the last para is the declaration stating that the above is true.
