Can someone major in biomedical engineering and then go to grad school in materials science and engineering?

I ask bc I am currently under mechanical engineering but I don’t find it that interesting so I am thinking of changing my major, the only other engineering options are biomed or chemical engineering and I really don’t want to learn all the ChemE stuff that I am not interested in.
