Can someone make an assessment of the WhiteHouse rooftop for solar power, and wind turbine?

I’m having difficulty with the jump from the banding of social and business entities to the assessment of the White House. Sounds like you’re trying to hit all three at once (public, private and nonprofit). I presume that the social groups you refer to are nonprofits that promote alternative power sources. Certainly, the assessment can be done. However, the likelihood of a timely installation may not be high. You are, after all, talking about the White House. Assessors (let alone workers) would all have to go through security background checks and access restrictions before going to work. Then, there’s the National Historic Landmark bit… they get rather particular about modifications to buildings. Both business and government entities may be influenced to invest in more sustainable power generation as long as it makes fiscal sense over the long term. Personally, I would start locally by promoting to prominent employers and State/Municipal/County governments.
