Can someone withdraw money from the ATM using your card, but not knowing the PIN?

Unless he knows the PIN number to your ATM card he can not take the money from the ATM machine, however, this does not mean he couldn't have used the card to make purchases in stores (if your card has the VIS/Mastercard logo.)
