Can spray fixative for pastels work on acrylics?
Spray fixatives are for graphite or for pastels not acrylics. If he pencil is showing through then you may need to apply your paints a bit more thickly. If you were using acrylic washes then your pencil marks should have been lighter if you did not intend for the visibility of them to be part of the finished piece. I don’t suggest that you cover that part over with a primer and do it again a it may leave a visible layer you may not want on your painting. If that does not bother you than do it, or prime the entire painting and start again; and chalk it up to experience.
