Can stormy weather make guinea pigs nervous/aggressive?

0

Guinea pigs tend to burrow or crawl under things for shelter in the wild. While this is a good escape from preadators, it’s not very safe in the rain! A thunderstorm means rain, and rain means the possibility of the burrow or hiding place being flooded! Small burrowing animals like Guineas are natrually afraid of bad weather (much like small human children xP ). Just hold him/her and offer as much comfort as you can if they seem really scared.
