A. Waivers or course substitutions for majors must be reviewed and granted by the department chair of their major dept. Waivers or course substitutions for minors must be reviewed and granted by the faculty coordinator for that particular minor and/or by the department chair where the minor is housed. In most cases, only the department chair can write the memo for R&R.
