Yes. Form 1040 NR filers can pay taxes by phone or Internet using a card. You should enter the Social Security Number when prompted. If you have been issued an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) by the IRS, you may enter your ITIN in place of a Social Security Number.
