Yes, you could use the Auto EQ in the DriveRack PX, PA, PA+ or 260 for EQ’ing a Hi-Fi system or home studio. However, there is a minimum threshold (saftey feature) which must be exceeded before the Auto EQ will run. Since these products are expecting to see higher sound pressure levels at the measurement microphone input (such as those in a typical concert sound system), you will likely need to manually trigger the Auto EQ. This may require some assistance from a helper. Once you go into the Auto EQ, you would adjust your pink noise level to the level at which you would noramlly be monitoring the system at. At this point the LCD display will read either, “Turn Up Level” or “Set To Performance Level”. If the display reads “Set To Performance Level”, just press the NEXT PAGE button to advance and EQ the system. However, if the threshold of the Auto EQ has not yet been reached, the display will still read “Turn Up Level”. If this is the case you will need your assistant to tap on the meas
